Attributes System

Basic Information and Goal

The goal is to make character more unique and different!
Attributes directly influence how effective a character might be in certain areas. These are the bases of any single person. Someone might be inherently strong and other might be inherently weak. Someone who is weak might not want to try and learn Tai as they will be less effective at using the skill. Attribute add bonuses to your skills and make them more or less effective.

Depending on your age you'll be given a amount of points to start out in your attributes, list below! There is a max of 20 points that you can put in at each stat. Once you reach 20 you'd be consider to reach the top of the shinobi world.

Points given, Rank Bonuses and Requirements

Age = Points given : Requirements (When you update your character and they age simply subtract the bracket you are currently in from the one they are in now and the number you get is how many more attribute points you get *You may only update and gain these points when you've ranked up both village and skill wise!)
6-9 = 25 : All stats must be above or at 5
10-13 =  30 : All stats must be above or at 6
14-17 = 40 : All stats must be above or at 7
18+ = 47 : All stats must be above or at 8

You are given a additional amount of points depending on your skill rank! *When ranking up your skill level (D,C,B,A, etc) you gain 7 attribute points  
D rank = +3
C Rank = +6
B rank = +12
A rank = +18
S rank = +24


What Attributes do?

Strength = This increases your ability to destroy things with your bare hands, among being able to lift more, jump higher and other things.
Speed = This is simply how fast your character moves!
Dexterity = This is your ability to dodge and react and make hand signs and throw up them punches!
Constitution =This is the basis for your weight and height and chakra supply!
Intelligence = This helps increases the amount of jutsu you can know! This also helps with sensor range, medical, genijutsu!

The Effects!
Note that 10-11 is consider average for all ranks! Which means you get no bonuses!

Strength:
Positives
12-13 = 10% increase to strength
14-15 = 15% increase to strength
16-17 = 20% increase to strength
18-19 = 25% increase to strength
20 = 40% increase to strength

Negatives
9 = -10% decrease to strength
7-8 = -20% decrease to strength
5-6 = -30% decrease to strength

Speed:
Positive
12-13 = 10% increase to speed
14-15 = 15% increase to speed
16-17 = 20% increase to speed
18-19 = 25% increase to speed
20 = 40% increase to speed

Negatives
9 = -10% decrease to speed
7-8 = -20% decrease to speed
5-6 = -30% decrease to speed

Dexterity:
Positive
12-13 = 10% increase to dexterity
14-15 = 15% increase to dexterity
16-17 = 20% increase to dexterity
18-19 = 25% increase to dexterity
20 = 40% increase to dexterity

Negatives
9 = -10% decrease to dexterity
7-8 = -20% decrease to dexterity
5-6 = -30% decrease to dexterity

Constitution:
Average Shinobi = Max height 5'11, Max weight 190 pounds, no chakra bonus!
Positive
12-13 = Max height 6'2, Max weight 230 pounds, +10 Chakra points
14-15 = Max height 6'5, Max weight 260 pounds, +20 Chakra points
16-17 = Max height 6'8 , Max weight 290 pounds, +30 Chakra points
18-19 = Max height 6'11, Max Weight 320 pounds, +40 Chakra points
20 = Max height 7'5, Max weight 400 pounds, +80 Chakra points

Negatives
9 = Max height 5'7, Max weight 150 pounds, -10 chakra points
7-8 = Max height 5'4, Max weight 130 pounds, -15 chakra points
5-6 = Max height 4'9 foot, Max weight 110 pounds, -20 chakra points

Intelligence:
Average Shinobi: Normal amount to have, No negative to sensing, Unable to get A ranked medical jutsu, normal chakra cost for resisting genijutsu
Positive
12-13 = +2 jutsu amount able to have, +5 meters sensing range, Unable to get S ranked medical jutsu, Only pay 85% the cost of resisting a genijutsu
14-15 = +4 jutsu amount able to have, +10 meters sensing range, Unable to get SS ranked medical jutsu, Only pay 70% of the cost of resisting a genijutsu
16-17 = +6 jutsu amount able to have, +15 meters sensing range, Able to get all medical jutsu, Only pay 60% of cost resisting a genijutsu
18-19 = +8 jutsu amount able to have, +30 meters sensing range, Able to get all medical jutsu, only pay 50% of cost resisting a genijutsu
20 = +16 jutsu amount able to have, +100 meters sensing range, Able to get all medical jutsu, only pay 25% of cost resisting genijutsu

Negatives
9 = -1 jutsu amount able to have, -5 meters sensing range, unable to get B ranked medical jutsu, increase by 1.5 of chakra cost of resisting genijutsu
7-8 = -2 jutsu amount able to have, -10 meters sensing range, Unable to get C ranked medical jutsu, Double chakra cost for resisting genijutsu
5-6 = -3 jutsu amount able to have, -15 meters sensing range, Unable to get D rank medical jutsu, Triple chakra cost for resisting genijutsu
